Our Boardroom panel unpacked tariffs, capital costs and why a functioning grid is still a financing story.

Nigeria's electricity conversation is usually framed as an engineering problem. On this week's Boardroom, four operators argued it is first a financing problem.

The panel put the cost of new distributed generation capacity in a range that surprised our studio audience, and made a case that stable, cost-reflective tariffs matter more than any single new plant.
